Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated October 2026

Taztak Services is a one-person IT business based in Gilbert, Arizona. This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and your message. We use them only to reply to you. You won't be added to a mailing list.

Who handles it on the way

Three services touch a form submission:

1. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was sent by a person and not a bot. To do that, it sees your IP address and some basic information about your browser.
2. Resend delivers your message to us as an email.
3. Proton Mail is where that email arrives and is stored.

Each of these services handles the data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Feedback button

Every page has a Feedback button. If you use it, we receive your message, your email address if you give one, and technical details that help us fix the problem: the page and section you were on, your screen and window size, your browser and language, your local time, and any errors the page recorded. It is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered by Resend to our Proton mailbox, the same as the contact form.

Site statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

Third-party links

The footer includes a link to a remote-support portal operated by a third party. Clicking it takes you to that provider's site, which has its own privacy practices separate from this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to help you and as part of our ordinary business records, typically up to two years. If you'd like it deleted sooner, ask and we'll delete it.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under thirteen, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we'll delete it.

Questions or requests

Email web@taztak.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
